SAMAVIA Industry Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with SAMAVIA Industry. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Terms

Net Payment: Payment is due on the 20th of the month following the invoice date.
Samples: Samples will be invoiced at regular prices, with standard carriage charges added. If the sample is returned, the full invoice will be credited. If an order is placed following the sample, the carriage charge will be credited.
Payment Discounts: Please note that payment discounts are no longer available as of December 2024.

2. Shipping and Carriage Charges

At SAMAVIA Industry, we manage all shipments directly from Pakistan to our global customers. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the order. Upon finalizing your product design and submitting the inquiry form, we will provide you with an accurate shipping quote.

Shipping charges will be confirmed and communicated to you before the final order is processed.

3. Restocking Charge

A minimum re-stocking charge of 20% will apply to goods returned for credit.

4. Property and Risk

Property: Ownership of goods remains with SAMAVIA Industry until full payment is received for the goods and any other sums owing to us.
Risk: The goods are at the buyer’s risk once they leave our possession.

5. Delivery and Responsibility

SAMAVIA Industry cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of goods delivered to third-party addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items: Any damage or short delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

6. Special Orders

Special orders will be charged at trade price plus a 10% surcharge. Over and under-makes must be accepted.
Minimum Orders for MTO Colors: 36 per style/color (6 per size).
Minimum Orders for Stock Products (Embroidered Offshore): 50 per style/color (6 per size).
Separate Dispatches: If specials are part of a carriage-paid order but are dispatched separately at the customer’s request, carriage charges will apply to both parts of the order, where applicable.
