SAMAVIA Industry Returns & Refund Policy
At SAMAVIA Industry, we strive to ensure our customers are delighted with their products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns for Incorrect Orders or Unwanted Items
If you’ve made an incorrect order or no longer need an item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. To process a return:
- Notify Us: Please contact us at sales@samaviaindustry.com with your sales order number or invoice number.
- Return Process: Once we confirm your return, you’ll need to complete our return form. A digital copy should be sent to sales@samaviaindustry.com, and a hard copy should be included with the returned items.
- Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all labels still attached, and in their original packaging. Items not returned in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning items is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or tailored items and swimwear (unless sealed and unopened) cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, we offer a return window of 180 days from the purchase date. To return faulty items:
- Notify Us: Contact us at sales@samaviaindustry.com with details of the order and the fault.
- Return Process: After confirming the issue, you’ll need to complete a return form and send it along with the goods.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the item is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. We will either arrange a courier collection or reimburse the return postage.
- Inspection: All faulty items will be inspected. If deemed defective due to manufacturing fault, the item will either be replaced or refunded at the original purchase price.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or tailored items and swimwear (unless sealed and unopened) cannot be returned unless faulty.
3. Incorrectly Supplied Goods
If we have sent the wrong item, we apologize for the error and will take prompt action:
- Notify Us: Contact us at sales@samaviaindustry.com with the details of the incorrect item received.
- Return Process: After we confirm the mistake, you’ll need to complete a return form. A digital copy should be emailed to sales@samaviaindustry.com, and a hard copy should be included with the return.
- Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of return shipping for incorrect items and will arrange a courier collection or reimburse the postage.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return has been processed, a credit note or refund will be issued, depending on the situation. If the refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method.
